| Our client, a regional public accounting firm is seeking a Manager to join their Midtown, NYC office. This position will report directly to one of the Partners and will manage a team of 6 - 7 Accountants. The firm’s clients are primarily made up of small to medium-sized corporations and high net worth individuals. |

| Responsibilities: • Preparation and review of personal, corporate, partnership and individual tax returns. • Responsible for supervising audit, review and compilation accounting engagements from commencement of field work to issuance of financial statements and completion of related tax returns. • Conduct day to day management of client compliance process by coordination with client and internal team members. |

| Requirements: • CPA is a MUST – no exceptions. • 10+ years of related experience preferably in a competing public accounting firm. • Prior management experience. • Must have extensive experience in tax, audit and general accounting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
